General Income Eligibility Range:
One person household $11,100 minimum up to 7 person household $66,720 maximum Annual Gross Income per Household. Final Income Eligibility to be determined on a case by case basis.

  • Every adult 18 years and over must fill out a separate Screening Application.
  • A complete household application packet will have screening applications for all adults.
  • Make sure to name all minors 12-17 years of age on the second page of the Screening Application.

Plaza Roberto Maestas is a mixed-use, transit-oriented, affordable housing project slated for completion in June 2016. The building will have 110 units of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments, set aside for residents earning 30-60% of Area Median Income. Units are available for individuals, up to large-families of four or more members and disabled households. The ground level will be home to Jose Marti Child Development Center, multi-cultural community center for private events, retail spaces, and an outdoor market.

Located adjacent to the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station, residents will have direct access to the downtown core, south Seattle and SeaTac. Daily errands can be done right outside your doorstep, where there are various banks, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and local businesses.

Amenities Include: laundry room on every floor, community rooms, private 2nd floor courtyard with playground, private roof deck, bike storage, pet-friendly.
